ICS action bar

    Well it's probably not impossible but the framework for honeycomb and even more so in ICS is different from what we have in gingerbread.

    It'll just take a developer or someone to tinker to get the multi tasking like they have. Or porting nova launcher to gingerbread

    I could of swore I saw something somewhere when I was looking for an ICS theme that there was a mod for it or something idk

    The action bar isn't something you add. It's the designated location where app controls are supposed to go according to the suggested layout guidelines for developers.

    You're talking about the navigation bar.
