Dock Problem, need help

Recently I was playing with launcherpro on my X. I decided to buy the full version and went about changing settings and the look of the dock. I decided to revert back to stock and now my stock dock is acting weird. Before, im pretty sure the white phone, white circle, and the white icon of a person would slide down and the red buttons would pop up to show you what screen you were on and then they would revert after a second or so. Now, my white icons stay on the screen while the red buttons pop up so they are both there. Here is a screen:



Is there a way to fix this? I have uninstalled launcherpro adn rebooted the phone several times. Everything works as it should but the dock just looks a mess like this.

The files for the dock aren't in the framework-res.apk are they? I know I was able to modify the notification bar using a different framework-res.apk and then reverted back to stock by replacing it with my original. It's got to be a part of the moto blur. I have an app called "home switcher" that identifies the stock as "com.motorola.blur.home". Could I just replace that with a "good" one? I'd hate to have to factory reset. I'm rooted with about 200 apps installed. I have titanium backup but would really hate to go through all that.

Happy to say I fixed it. I tried flashing a clean framework-res.apk but it didn't fix it. I then got a clean "BlurHome.apk" from a system dump and flashed it and now it works like it should. All my widgets were gone and had to be resetup but my dock is back to normal. Here's what I did, do at your own risk:

Copied the BlurHome.apk over to the root of my sdcard.
Opened command prompt on my computer and dropped into adbshell, then typed:

su
mount -o rw,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
cp /sdcard/BlurHome.apk /system/app
mount -o ro,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
reboot

Hope this helps somebody else who's having problems.
