lost root

had a succesdul root a few days ago. Then I took a shower today, ota update ran during it, Root didnt survive. I rooted again and it said it was succesful but none of my root apps have root access. Am I screwed until a new root method or froyo comes out next month? Im still a noob, Im a blackberry convert.

if the second root was successful, just reinstall the apps (so it will prompt you again for root access)

hmm that is odd, how come you had to update?

I received my phone on 8/3 and it has the newest update.

I did reinstall the apps, they say they cant get root access. I only bout my phone a week ago, online...maybe it was sitting in storage before shipped out. Ill try to reinstall the apps again.

ok un rooted, re rooted with succus, removed titanium backup, wifi teether and ad free, then reinstalled. They say they can access root. i still have the superuser icon and it says they have access. In my terminal su is permission denied. I dont see anything unusal in the system settings. Phone is on 604 update, it all worked before that. Is their any info you guys need from my phone to crack this problem?
