It may not fit in but a lot of us say DF when referring to DroidForums.net but people who find this site without going to DF first may get confused. Just an idea.

ROM is Read Only Memory. It is not a program or series of programs.
ROM is physically memory that can be read and not written.
A "ROM Image" is a program or series or programs that cannot typically be modified once resident in the physical ROM.
