Updated OP with new info including the change log for his newest .zip version which should work on GB .588, I will test this out and if I could get a few other testers as well! Also, if anyone is on the Liberty GB, please let me know if the instructions have changed at all in Liberty on using the Liberty settings to change the sysctl values.

I've found the minfree settings to be too aggressive running Gingerbread, which results in early app termination. The sysctl, max window events, and cron cache dump work well with GB though, so feel free to just comment out the minfree function call in /system/etc/init.d/99imoseyon to prevent it from being set on boot

The default Moto minfree settings seem to be just fine.

Updated with OP with some more info, mostly just updates from Mariu's blog title imoseyon.

Also has a new version out, 7.1, has been tested on Gingerbread but should also work for Froyo ROMs, let me know if it works for those on Froyo.
