[MOD] Uncapped Data/No Throttle for Apex 1.3/1.31 and Stock Deodexed 2.2.1 only

First and foremost I take no credit for this hack, all I did was acquire the files and share it with you guys.
Credit goes to yojoe600 from this thread at XDA.
I sent him 2 services.jar files, One from my own phone that has ApeX and a stock one provided by hobby31.
He then modified them and resent me the files.

This is for ApeX 1.3/1.31 and stock deodexed 2.2.1 only

If you're on stock 2.2.1 you will need to deodex first. File and info here 2.3.340 Deodexed System only .zip — sephtin.com

1. What does this do?
This is a modification to the services.jar framework file, that allows you to have an un-throttled internet.

2. Will this make my internet faster?
Yes and No. This will not "Upgrade" your internet. This only takes the trottle off, so you can download, or play games and not have to worry about it hitting a certain peak and lagging from that point on. It doesn't provide you with a new internet, only a warm fuzzy feeling from knowing you don't have to worry about it capping off.

3. If I flash this, will it break my phone?
If it did, yours would be the first case I heard of. I've personally flashed it NUMEROUS times.

I tested before and after the mod and here's my results

!!!Be sure to make a backup before flashing this mod!!!

.:.Install Instructions.:.

-Download zip file
-place it in the root of your SD card
-Reboot into recovery
-install .zip
-reboot
-enjoy

(note: reboot might take a few minutes so don't panic )

No it doesn't, mine looks the same.
No ill effects so far...

although I've gotten higher speeds since then... I will upload new ones later
