Mind saying what to do with the apk file? I just did the update. It did fix the HDMI hang up glitch, but I am having problems re rooting. First two time went OK, but old way isn't working. Tried Root x 2.2 but get hung up. Like to try z4, dwnldd the apk, then what? Heck why does Verizon have to keep removing root rights for us. Titanium BU requires it.
browser>menu>more>downloads>z4>install
What 1KDS said is how you need to do it if you download it from and directly to your phone.
If you're using PC, download it to your desktop, plug phone to pc via "usb storage"
then drag and drop file to the root of your SD, once transferred set usb connection back to "charge only"
then use "File manager" and click "phone files" find the z4root 1.3.0 apk and install
