    in reference to wifi tether...

    what do we have to do to get that to actually allow a client to connect out to the internet? I have root, have the app installed. I clicked on start, it asked me for root access, which I granted. My client connected, but can't get out to the net.

    I created a directory on my SD card called "PreDroidRoot". I then used Root Explorer to move them from /system/apps to /sdcard/PreDroidRoot. I rebooted the phone and they were gone.

    Can someone tell me how I know which app is using which .apk file, for example I can't seem to find the kindle.apk.
