I am having problems copying over the su file to /system/bin/su as when I try to do the last step "chmod 4755 /system/bin/su" it cant find the directory. when my phone mounts on my mac it is named "NO NAME" will this change the commands to copy over? Sorry for being such an idiot.

Why am I not seeing anything pop up on my screen to allow super user permission? Im on a mac and am having success all the way up until seeing anything pop up on my screen. I can continue on to enter the password and everything but it will not complete because Im not able to allow anything. Thanks
Hey =) just wondering if theres the possibility of anyone putting out a video describing this rooting process in detail.... Unfortunately I'm a visual learner to the max and have a hard time following these directions without messing up. Please, somebody help!!!
