Quick question. When I use TitaniumBackup to freeze Amazon MP3, it no longer appears in the app drawer. However, it still shows up in running applications. Anyone else seeing this? Am I doing something wrong?

    Question Question about Freezing

First of all, I've been a reader on the forum for a few months, and just recently created a profile. Great job!

Now my question about Freezing Bloat..... I've frozen most off the bloat apps, but am wondering why lol? Their not in my app drawer any more, but I haven't gained any memory on my phone, obviously since they weren't uninstalled.... So what should I expect, where should I see improvement? Now that their not self booting all the time, I could expect a battery boost, and probably a cpu boost. But is their anything else that this does that Is truly beneficial?

The "bloat" just won't run ever. You will have the other programs (the ones you actually use) sitting in memory.

Although the Android OS is designed to keep the memory pretty full. I do like tweaking it a bit with AutoKiller Memory Optimizer - Android app on AppBrain
