    Email Settings

Just got my Droid X a few days ago so still learning how to use it. Is there a setting that you can change so that when you click to read an email and then delete it, the next email on the list will open? Right now when I open an email and delete it, it goes back to the screen with the list of all my emails.

Is there a setting so that images will download in emails without having to click Download images each time?

Are you talking about the main Gmail account?

No I am talking about Exchange and a POP account. I did try it with my Gmail and see the same thing. It goes back to the list of emails when you delete the one you are reading.

I have not seen a way to do what you are looking for while using an exchange or pop account, but you can do it with a google account. Follow these steps on your phone.

    - Open the Gmail app
    - Click the Menu button and select "More". Then select "Settings".
    - Click on "Auto-advance" (Here is where you can select which screen to show after you delete or archive a conversation).
