I wrote a thread on here a few weeks back about the application called Autostarts and how using it with ATK is the perfect combination. However, just the benefits of Autostarts in and of itself by prohibiting all of those useless applications starting "automatically" at startup and after certain pre-defined system events was the main focus of the thread.
Some forum members who sadly just didn't understand the benefits of doing this gave their piece of mind. I believe even an uninformed moderator may have done so as well. I forget which one
Now, it is becoming apparent there is a new app which is getting some attention from the Android community. Also, just prohibiting the apps from starting and being left running all the time IS GAINING MOMENTUM as a viable way to increase system performance! Who would have thought?
