ALL Online Orders Won't Ship Until 7/23?

I was informed by Verizon customer service that ALL online orders will not be shipped until 7/23. I find that hard to believe that every online order got delayed? Anyone order online and getting their X today?

I called them this am because I had not received anything other than the order processed wait for shipping instructions email. I was told that X's ordered before 2:30 would ship overnight and anything after that would go on the 23rd. I ordered at 8:30 cst. The supervisor apologized and said that ALL online orders were not going to ship until then and that I shouldn't have bought it online.

Tracking Your Packages

People have already been posting about their online orders here ^^ . Many of them have posted their tracking information, showing a delivery at some point today.

I am dealing with the same problem, I ordered mine at 11am EST. And haven't recieved any tracking information. I spoke with customer service last night and they said that there was a tracking number associated with my order but not shipped yet. I even paid for the overnight shipping. They said they would refund me my $9 bucks.

You can keep the $9 bucks... just give me my phone...

Mine is on the truck out for delivery!!! The rep you talked to does nto know what he/she is talking about!!! BUT yes some orders will get delayed!!
