Verizon experienced an order processing problem in online store orders. This means some people who made their order in the early morning of the 15th did not get their orders processed, resulting in their fulfillment ETA being 7/23. Orders could be filled by the 21st.

I put my order in at 10:30am PST. I just received an email right now saying it had shipped. Tracking shows delivery tomorrow.
Wow that sucks! Glad mine went through!!!! But it is to be expected if there were so many orders being done at the same time!!

Not really as it was hardware failure on server running BizTalk. Most likely unavoidable as BizTalk doesn't really scale well. Could of happened on anteaters and any load.

That is what I mean, the Verizon website has never been that great when a lot of ppl are on it!! So like I said, it is to be expected!! Unfortunatly!
