    The button to lock is in the top middle which is annoying to get to with just your thumb.

    The charging port is too low to charge and plave in the cup holder on the go.

    Why did they have to change the sides the 3.5mm jack is on?

    And these moto icons are terrible.

    I still love mine just a few problems because i played with it too much heh had it crash once but think it was y own user error there

    The store staff can't answer some of my questions or find on-line answers for me. Perhaps the Droid X is just so new that both sales and service people aren't properly trained yet. If features either won't work or can't be set up correctly even with store assistance, there is no advantage to even having them.

    I have taken my Droid X back to the store twice within the first 7 days. I have told the store personnel about the functional problems I was experiencing with the phone and strongly suggested that I had a faulty unit that needed to be replaced. However, they could not detect those problems while I was there and told me that apparently the glitch was now "gone" but to bring it back it those problems happened again. That's not stellar customer service for customers who live a long way from the store where the unit was purchased. I plan to make my third trip to the store tomorrow, since the functional problems have continued. Either I get a replacement phone that works or I will get a refund. Three trips back in just nine days isn't a good way for me to have something postivie to write here.

    If I do get a Droid X that works properly I will rate it again. If not, then I be back to let folks know about that too.
