I'm not sure, but I think it requires root access

i'm not sure... but you'd have to figure out if they used cdma towers... but my guess is probably gsm towers... is that's the case... no.. but if they use cdma towers... you might be might be able to... although i'm not too up on the process that would require

1. Wouldn't require root access...
2. As nemo said. If they use cdma towers then you can just flash the service over however its up to them on how they run their service. That's just what I would think. So it all depends on the towers and if they are right I think its possible
