How do I change the boot animation on X?

As some of you know, I rooted my X on .621 and flashed AOKP. I want to change my boot animation to a DROID themed one instead of the AOKP boot animation. I want it to replace the current one. I've heard its possible to change the boot animation on the DROIDX. I tried flashing the file which I downloaded from Root Toolbox lite but it failed. Please help me. Thanks,

You mean Rom Toolbox? You don't flash the download, just hit install & it will do everything for you.

DO NOT FLASH THEM IN CWR. You have to use directions below. With that said, this can be done from your phone. Download ani and unzip it. Find the bootanimation.zip file, copy it and paste in a new folder of your choice. Rename the zip to whatever_bootanimation.zip. I have a folder just for boot anis. I change them alot.

This is how to change them via a root explorer.
You'll need to use the root explorer of your choice. Navigate to boot ani you want to use. Copy the boot ani and navigate to either /system/media/ or /data/local/ to rename your current bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip.bak, paste the boot ani and rename it to exactly bootanimation.zip. back out and reboot to see if it changed.

I was able to change my boot logo to DroidDoes's logo and my boot animation to stock DROIDX
