    Where Do Email Attachments Go?

I just had a friend send an mp3 as an email attachement to my yahoo account...I was able to download it and listen to it....but now where exactly is that file...like where do I go on my phone to locate the file?

edit - I didn't seem to find the file under settings > files...and the only way i can re-listen to the mp3 I just downloaded is by going to the original email and clicking on teh attachment as it is already downloaded the phone but i have no idea where it is.

so, where did the file go and why isn't it simply with my other mp3's on my phone that I on my phone via USB cable?

It is on the root folder of your SDCard. If you download something from the web browser, it will go into the /sdcard/download directory.

I believe anything downloaded (including attachments on emails) gets saved in the /sdcard/download menu. You can move the files from there if you desire. So you can move the .mp3 file to your music library if needed.

You have to use a file manager.

Go to the market and download ASTRO. It is free.
