Hey, this is a nice starter review. I saw a post the other day talking about all of the tips and tricks for a set up and was thinking that with the Launcher Pro it would be nice to have a post of people's tips and tricks that they used to set up their screens. Some users have been working with Droid for a long time now since the first Droid came out and there are just small changes to how they do things, but others are totally new to Droid (like me) and are trying to learn how to do these set-ups. I just started changing screens yesterday and tried various sizes trying to make them fit the Home screen and then slide back and forth to the other 6 screens. I got it down to fairly low resolution before I realized that you could tap the screen during the set-up and open up the box larger to help fit the pic! Sorry, I didn't see this tip during my reading or didn't think about it since I was not doing the screen set-up at the time. I downloaded Launcher Pro but haven't had the time to play with it and I haven't seen any manual on everything it allows you to do, just snippets here and there when guys talk about how they used LP to do "this effect" to their screen set up. I still haven't figured out how to have 7 different screen backgrounds all at the same time? Do you realize how much reading is in these hundreds of pages of forum information? Searching is cool if you have a definited goal and your understanding of the word that you are calling your search is correct. But it still is a really steep learning curve!
    Thanks for the link.

I've been having so much fun messing with the different screens and widget apps that I've had to start over a few times just to sort them out again. Fun stuff.

Some of them look nice. Everybody is different and so it just depends on your personal use of the phone, thats what make the DX so sweet. All I can say is "Customization, Customization, Customization". Link should be helpful to somejust to get and idea though.
