Are you downloading from the Android Market or from some other source?

Do you have a anti-virus app installed? If so, uninstall it, reboot, and retry the app you are trying to install. Also, what is the way you are going about installing the apps? Through the stock file browser?

I would be extremely careful with applanet. The apps on there are not the latest versions and are subject to contain viruses, malware and the like. Applanet is not backed by Google like the Android Market is and therefore the apps aren't screened for quality. Also, of you are using it to download paid apps it is kind of like stealing.

That being said, try to disable lookout and reinstall. You could also have a bad download and need to download again.

We will not discuss downloading paid apps for free from sources like applanet, so just don't mention that that is what you are tying to do, it is against forum policy.

So uninstall lookout, reboot the phone, and the use the stock file browser app to navigate to the app on the SD card and tap it and choose install.
