If something were to happen to my DROID X, GOD FORBID, will I be able to recover it back to stock from root so Verizon doesn't find out I had it rooted? Also, how long is the warranty and does the same apply to insurance if I'm rooted?

If something were to happen to my DROID X, GOD FORBID, will I be able to recover it back to stock from root so Verizon doesn't find out I had it rooted? Also, how long is the warranty and does the same apply to insurance if I'm rooted?
I know that if you use z4root it has the ability to click on un-root allowing you to go back to stock for whatever reason. And if you rooted by other means you can rest assure that you can search these forums to find out how to go back to stock via other means. Hope that answers some of your questions.

warrenty last for one year on most phones or you can pay extra and have two years warrenty.. I do believe that if verizon finds out you rooted your droid that warrenty is void but not sure about insurance.. hope that helps
