Superuser app wanting me to flash and update su binary?

    Hello,
I was looking for a easy wireless (via Wifi only) app that allows me to simply transfer files (mainly music) from my Win 7 Ultimate pc and my Droid 2. BTW....I already use dropbox. I started to read forums and its a bit disappointing that there isn't a friendlier means to do so. I did come across Samba which requires me to use Superuser. Neither program will load until I get Superuser to get a "su binary update" on the droid? I get a message, "Error occurred and su not updated. A zip file was created and placed on sd card. Please reboot into recovery mode and flash it to update your su binary".
Ok....anyone know wtf this means? I get the idea but not sure the steps to do this.

The "update" of the Superuser program fails and wants me to flash a .zip file on my sd card. I see the file but there is no "clockwork" folder. I do not know the process to flash this file.

As for the ES file explorer, I run into the same problem as my default file sharing (shared folders) on the droid itself. I see my home pc but ES FE fails to open any main folder due to "no permissions". I am the only user of my PC and have no accounts or passwords set. Basically there is no login required on my pc. I had a WM smartphone before this Droid and it worked fine. The Droid apps don't seem to communicate with Win PCs very easy.

So are you talking about a clockwork app????
I assume you mean that now since I have nothing like that on my device. I see a ROM manager clockwork mod in the app marketplace.

Still rather new to the Droid devices.....

Download Droid x bootstrap, it will give you access to clockwork and then you can flash the zip through there.
