I think the problem loading images had more to do with my browser selection than it did forum settings. I tried loading some images this morning and I was back to only having a URL option. We use Google Chrome at work so I closed it out and opened Firefox. Firefox gives allows the option for loading a picture from file. For some reason Chrome does not.
