I have found that when my phone is on the charger, and the phone has reached full charge, that the phone is much less responsive than when off the charger. It seems most noticable when scrolling through my apps drawer. When on charge it stutters, when off charge it is smooth. Is this something you all experience also?

Yes, mine has done this since the day I got it. I suspect it has something to do with the capacitive touchscreen getting interference from the power connector. The alternative would be some app freezing during the transition. OTOH, if the phone boots while connected to external power then it seems to work.
