    NEW!!!!! SNES/Wii Emulator Controller for Droid X

    Hello!

    I just wanted to share this with everyone so I joined Droid X Forums so I could put this up for people to very. I made this controller a month or so ago and just got around to making a video. I used an original Super Nintendo controller and wired in a Wii remote and Nunchuk so that I could use it to play emulators on my Droid X.




    If you have an questions about it just let leave a comment!!!

    ps. this was my first video I've every made so please don't hate on my if I'm a little choppy....

    I had never soldered before in my life and i just went out and bought a cheap soldering iron!! Over it was easy just took a lot of time cuz I didn't know what I was doing!!

    So yes! I'm sure you could do it!!!

    Just curious though, why wouldn't you just use the wii classic controller hooked up thru the wiimote instead of hacking up a snes controller and a wii mote? Are there any benefits that your controller has that the wii classic controller doesn't do? I haven't played very much with emulators and bluetooth controllers, but just kinda want to know...

    Hey!

    I made it because I wanted something that was more portable than the wii classic controller hooked up with a cord to the wii remote. I have been enjoying the fact that I can bring it with me places and I don't have to carry all that other stuff...

    I also wanted to try and make it because I saw that Bacteria had made one with a SNES controller and I wanted to see If I could make one too.
