Are the MP3 downloads from this program totally free like they claim??
If there is no charge, why not??

As for the legality, I'm not sure. No compensation for the artist usually means something fishy is going on. There is a support link on the bottom of every page, but it is not necessary to donate anything.

Sounds like either a scam to get your credit card info, or an illegal torrent type of site. Either way, I'd steer clear.
Plus, with legitimate apps like Pandora and Slacker radio, that are free/ad supported, why take a chance? JMHO.

The thing is, it IS a legitimate app.
It is right there in the marketplace that comes in your phone. My Son had it installed the first night he had his brand new X & the phone is dead stock.
If it was a torrent site, I would totally agree but it doesn't appear to be anything like that at all.

Also there are some programs on the x that store password info on unencrypted files. So any app you let have root level access could access these. I'm on phone right now so I don't have the link but you can Google the story. Take home msg is if rooted be wary of fishy apps like this. They want something for the service.
