There are several ways. If your stereo has an aux input you can pick up the cable from your heaphone jack to the aux input jack. You can buy an FM transmitter to stream over the radio but you lose quality. I use an iTrip universal in my blazer, it does an ok job and has a usb port to charge your device.

A cable to my AUX port is how I listen to it in my truck. It is built in.

If you have a blue tooth audio system that works too.

Oh yeah forgot about Bluetooth. Crutchfield also has addons for any stereo that will give you an aux input through the FM. It requires you to pull the stereo but the reviews are quite good. Much better than a portable FM transmitter.

I use bluetooth. Man you can buy some real nice aftermarket radios with bluetooth cheap and another good thing is hands free talking.

My truck has stock radio with tape deck, I use those old school tape adapter with the 1/8th jack made for portable cd players, plugs right into the headphone jack of droidx, works and sounds great, not to mention the dash mount is awsome to have.
