Force RSS News Update

Hello again,

Sorry for all the newb questions, but I just came from a Palm so this is all Greek to me.

Anyway, on the right-most home page, there are a couple of News apps. I went ahead and deleted those and added custom RSS feeds for those that I actually am interested in. I got them set up fine, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to adjust the frequency of the updating and/or how to force one?

For instance, I set this forum up, and while I can clearly see here that there's at least 30 posts in the last hour, on the RSS feed, it has said No Recnt unread articles for the last hour and a half.

How do you adjust the frequency of the updates, or to force one?
