    My understanding is that they're still rolling it out in waves. I got mine after returning all the stock bloatware, changing the build properties to default and rebooting. Try restarting with wifi on and then check for updates.

    none of that would have stopped the update from showing... it would have stopped it from installing successfully

    Go into Settings... Data Manager... Data Delivery... Social Applications and make sure Sync over WiFi Only is not checked...

    Then go to Settings... About phone... System Updates.

    For some reason, the updater is treated like a social app and if you have sync over wifi only enabled and are not on wifi, the updater wont find the update.

    I never received anything in notification bar. I kept getting " no update available " until 12/12. But I had to reboot my phone. Don't know why but when I went back into settings after reboot ,update came right up.
