I have tried everyhing the forums have said. Reinstalled drivers without USB debugging on and then reconnect and everytime it says it needs to install driverz. I have 32bit vista and I need help. Please

I'm betting that it's something to do with your computer rather than the phone. Maybe try running system restore to a week or so ago (basically before you started having the issue).
