Thanks Jim for the info, I'm printing as references. So far the Dx has been great moving from BB Pearl. I downloaded the latest update but it didn't improve on the volume while listening in the car thru the speaker.

I can grab the launch package (whatever that really is...?). But when I click on the Droid X User Guide, I get the dreaded 404 error. Please fix, when you have a chance. Thanks much for the effort!!
