Desktop web view on your mobile

Hey all - Thanks in advance for any comments on this post. Ive looked all over these forums, and other places on the web, but cant seem to find any answers. The question is, i have noticed several sites have mobile view, while others are the same as desktop web. On some of the mobile sites, when you scroll to the bottom, there is an option to view desktop mode, but on others there is no option for that. Is there a way to make it so we can just view all web pages as we see them on desktop? or are we forced to see only the mobile portion of some web pages?

Yeah Dolphon HD browser you can get it from the market. Then you just go to the settings and you can choose "mobile, desktop or iphone" views. Works great i installed it on my wifes droid 1 so she can play farmville on the go lol... it works but kind of slow..... If you go in the the website it will tell you "sorry your device is not supported", but if you go to the same site in desktop view tricks it thinking you are on a computer and it allows for farmville to fucntion LOL. That's just an example of what it can do.

Awesome, ill look into it, i knew some people would know what to do, Thanks for the info! and the screenshot! Im guessing that dolphin browser is just better than the regular browser for many other reasons than just this one


Edit: Does the free version do this as well? just to test it out. Getting my phone in like 1 hour, says FedEx, and i want to be up on what apps i need and all

Yeah it is pretty hot. I would imagine they will charge for it one day but for now... WOOOOOOHHHH
