    Hard Buttons WON"T light after Insurance Replaced Phone

    Unlike others, I actually whould LIKE my buttons to light.

    My old phone did, "certified" replacement I just got doesn't.

    In reviewing FAQs, I see some people have "Advanced" option under Autobrightness. I don't see it.


    Any ideas?

    sounds like a refurbished replacement dud

    but go to settings/button and see if there is a option to turn on or off havent been on gb in so long i cant remember lol
