Insurance Replacement Question
I apologize in advance if this has been covered in other threads, but I'm somewhat in a hurry, and a quick search brought up nothing. Anyways, here goes.
I took my X out of my pocket today, and suddenly the home button is jammed in. You have to really mash the thing to get it to respond. Minor irritation more than anything. I went into Verizon, and they ordered me a replacement free of charge. Now my question is, what are the chances I'll get an X2? This is NOT the reason I'm getting it replaced, but for the button, just to clarify lol...But just a little thought that I wanted other peoples' thoughts on.

Hmm Idk, I've played around with the x2 that my friend has, and while its deft. Nice, I couldn't give up my x2, unless it was for that monsterous HD....but hey hope yah get it

Good luck with ur replacement I'm waiting for my second one to come after the first one they sent was defective right out of the box the screen was only registering about half the button presses... Oh fyi it was a DX not an x2 for the first one they sent

That's what im worried about. Since I have insurance (through asurion I believe), the rep told me its free if charge. So since im not paying the deductible, im assuming the replacement is through Verizon? And if so, will I be getting a refurb or a new one?
Edit: also, how do I tell if its new/refurb? I don't always trust what reps tell me.
