Lately, my camera will start but quickly come up with message that it is unable to start, try again later. I have cleared all data and caches, but still get the message. Am I doing something wrong or have a wrong setting?

Lately, my camera will start but quickly come up with message that it is unable to start, try again later. I have cleared all data and caches, but still get the message. Am I doing something wrong or have a wrong setting?
Are you on a custom rom? Stock?
Stock, I think. I didn't change anything.
