I am able to use Real HDMI to watch Netflix on my TV. When I try the same thing with the Red Zone channel, it doesn't work. I am thinking they probably have some sort of a block that doesn't allow people to watch it on their TV. Any suggestions?

yes but its free to view on their free mobile app
I THOUGHT you could NOT do this with the DroidX because of the hardware within the device. You can play videos through the HDMI, but you can't stream and use the HDMI at the same time.
Is that correct?
I'm able to stream Netflix and use HDMI out at the same time with XternalDisplay
Does it tell you to remove HDMI to continue viewing? Its that way with the HBOGO app.
If it does there's a workaround. FC the app, hook up HDMI, then go into it and stream the video. If you connect the HDMI while in the app it will tell you to remove the HDMI cable, if you have it already connected when you open the app it should work, assuming its blocking it like HBOGO does.
External display is the answer
