I think they really have two different uses. Dropbox is more for cloud storage of your Documents and files. Whereas CTP is more for easy sending of link and map directions from your browser. I have yet to see a way to transfer files using chrome to phone.

I'm loving Fox to Phone since I'm not a chrome user. And if you have access to a webserver / php server dragging a document to the Fox to Phone icon in firefox works great!

As noted above CTP is more for sending links to your phone. Dropbox is more for sharing files between computers and your phone via cloud. Both are excellent applications. Both are on my phone and both get used.

someotherguy, try Chrome dude. Way faster than Firefox.

Cant get over the UGLINESS enough to use it

If you REALLY want to go fast you would be using IE9 for certain things

I actually use Awesomedrop, because CTP does not xfer files, and drop box requires software installation and an account registration. awesome drop is just a website, and it works great.
