    Apps that let you know if your text has been read?

    I wanted to know if there were any decent, free apps for the Droid X that let you know if your sent texts have been read by the receiver. If anyone can help me with that I would be very thankful.

    No my phone is not rooted. I'm not very tech savy so I'm looking for something relatively easy to use.

    Handcent SMS has a delivery report option. I tested it with my wife's phone. Didn't send the report until she opened the text. Pretty sure stock texting has the same option.
