    Rich locations

    Yesterday my wife got a new X2. I noticed it has a app called Rich Locations. I would like to get it for my Droid X but cant find it in the market. Anyone know where to get it?

    Just did a web search. Doesn't look like the .apk file is available outside of the DX2.

    I also have/had the stupid, pointless .apk on my Bionic as well as my X2. I don't know what it is with the newer VZW phones having it. I don't even know it's purpose. All I know is it gets frozen or deleted after I do my own system dump backup.

    It's a waste of space as far as I'm concerned. So, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

    Well to u its a waste but we want the app. I found and downloaded a full dx2 dump and then installed and it works

    What exactly does RichLocation do? I just removed it becsuse I figuered it was a waste of space and resources. But maybe I will put it back on if it's cool enough for me. Lol
