Fancy Weather Widget vs Beautiful Widget - what's the difference?

So I currently use Beautiful Widget before the update. So my clock/weather looks exactly like the HTC Sense flip clock/animated weather.

I know some use the Fancy Weather Widget (no longer available) and they say it's exactly like the HTC Sense one as well.

What's the difference?

I do notice on my friend's Incredible that when you tap on his weather, there is no animation. Is that the difference?
