Does anyone know a good program to get full screen photos when you make or receive calls?

I'm using Full Screen Caller ID and love it so far. While it doesn't have as much development as I'd like (same features as stock dialer) it does exactly what I want......give me a full screen hi-res picture for my incoming contacts. I'm happy I purchased it. I can't believe Google still hasn't addressed this simple issue themselves.

Are there any full screen caller ids that will display the contact picture on full screen without having to manually configure pictures in the caller id app? (Granted the picture will probably be a bit blurry as I think the size/resolution of the contact pictures are rather small/low.)

bump - any updates to any of the software mentioned in this thread? I'm looking for something that will work well without having to go in and configure all my contacts. Willing to pay for a program if 1) it doesn't freeze/FC, and 2) the picture quality is not fuzzy. I'm on gingerbread OTA (have no intention of rooting). Thanks
