[How To] Play SMS/MMS Notification Through Bluetooth Headset

Requirements
1. Tasker
2. Bluetooth AD2P Headset

Tasker Setup
1. Click New and select Event.
2. Next click Phone and select Received Text, then Done.
3. New Task > OK > + Icon > Media > Music Play
4. Select media file by clicking the search icon then done.
5. Click Done
6. Click Received Text > Add > State > Bluetooth Connected > Done
7. Apply



This will make your notification play over Bluetooth. If your Bluetooth was connected previous to setup you may have to disconnect and reconnect your Bluetooth device.

I use a Scala G4 and it doenst seem to work with any of the notifications. I even tried using the tasker to send it, but it doesn't seem to want to send the sound to the earpiece. Also, can this function be adapted to make the BT headset ring when you receive a call?
