Ok I bought Motorola h17txt the other day I have about 2300 miles on it. My friends and family say it sounds real clear. I don't like things in my ears but this head set is small and light and very comfortable to wear. I like the text to voice feature I am using the free motospeak from market place I am going to upgrade to the paid version so I can have my emails to me.

Forgot to mention if you use google maps it can give you turn by turn directions through the headset (I don't recomend that one for drivers though).

The only way to go is with one that has the boom mike. The mike doesn't have to be as sensitive so it won't pick up truck noise. I don't wear it unless I get or make a call. I just hang it off something convenient. It only takes a moment to grab and pop on, thus no geek feel. I use a "Motortrend" model, not as nice as some Motorola has, but about half the price. Don't try to buy a Motorola on ebay, they're all non working counterfeits.
I don't drive trucks full time, but I admire you guys. In college, I drove half a million miles in 40 footer city buses. It was an amazing job.
I'm really picky about bluetooth headsets, and have tried them all. The one that I've stuck with, for over a year, is the Plantronics Voyager Pro. It's super comfortable, has good noise canceling, is loud, and has great battery life. Read the reviews online and on amazon.
Safe driving.

I have always used the BT250V from Jabra sound is clear and everyone can hear me real well.
This one also vibrates so you can pull it out of your ear and keep it in your shirt, itll alert when you get a call and you wont look like an alien walking around with the ear peice in
I read the Motorola Oasis is supposed to be good..
I just found the best trucker bluetooth I have tried a bunch of bluetooths and they all sucked!! Thankfully I found one thats is amazing the Blue Tiger Pro bluetooth works perfectly for me in the truck... Just my opinion. Although I was told about the Tiger by a few drivers as well. Thanks Guys ps I think the Blue Tiger deluxe is cool as well for smartphones
