Droid X and Galaxy tab

I'm not quite sure where to put this...

I am looking to replace the stereo in my car, 2009 Mazda 6, and after doing the research I deemed necessary I have decided that the most cost effective way to get what I want is to use the 7 in Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi as a stereo replacement. I have the wiring mapped out, but I had a couple of questions that I was hoping that someone can answer... Is there a way that I can pair my X to the tab where I am using the tab as a bluetooth speakerphone? That seems to be the only thing I am missing, I will tether my phone to connect for the GPS, I just want to turn my car into a big speakerphone too haha. Also, is there a way to run an external mic from the tab without ripping out the mic wiring so that I can have it on the steering column or the headliner? I want to take the bad with me when I leave the car for security purposes.
