Soft silicone case and if I want to wear it on my hip, I can still use my leather pouch as well...

Edit for case type: Mine is from VZW with the covering for the buttons. It is the solid black - altho I did order a blue one from ebay (soft silicon) but it will not have the row of buttons...

Use the silicone case all the time. For transport, use an armored case I bought for a Passport external drive. It holds charger cord and earphones, too.

I am using a silicone case. This is not the Verizon one that covers the 4 bottom hard keys. I like the case, but one thing really bothers me. The sides left and right edges are just short enough that they press on the sides of my screen protector. After a couple of days, my Steinheil didn't lay flat anymore on the left side. The pressure from the side caused it to raise, allowing for particles to sneak in.

I ditched the hard case in favor of silicone, mostly because I wanted something slimmer, that gripped better. Went with a plaid one. Did a review in the review section here.

I saw that review. However I didn't like the Plaid design or the fact it covered buttons.

I have the soft black silicone case from vzw. It does its job I guess, but it attracts DUST, pet hair, etc like no other. I work in a very dusty environment and i have to wipe it off several times a day becuase theres always white paper dust specs all over it.
Considering switching to another case just because I cant keep this one clean.

For what it's worth, the buttons function much, much better with this case. Plus, it keeps dirt out of them. However, I know that some cases make the buttons harder to push.

Saw that case and almost bought it except for the ridiculous price point.
