    Extended Batteries and Cover

Hey everyone just a quick question. I need to know if anyone has bought anything from a website called Gorilla Gadgets. They have an extended battery on sale and I don't know anything about this company.

how much is it? this could be me but im usually a little weirded out buying stuff like that from third party companies. is it a motorola battery? i work part time for att and used to work full time for them, basically we sold branded batteries and un-branded batteries, and honestly we used to have a ton of problems with the un-branded ones. just my opinion. i bought the extended batt. from verizon and they gave me 25% off, with an additional $15 credited to my bill because the first person i talked to told me i could take my business back to att if i didnt like how my verizon phone was running.

n.Went back and checked, and it was an unbranded battery. I'm with you I don't really care to buy something other than MOTO merchandise. With that being said ,I do believe there are good companies to buy from. I'm not saying anything bad about gorilla gadgets but i'm going to pass on this extended battery. Oh the battery was $24.99.

You would be surprised how many of those "unbranded" batteries probably came off the same production line as the Motorola battery...

Worked in the Battery Industry for 8 yrs and could show you the same product with 10 different labels and price variences of $100..

I flew RC aircraft for years and when lipo first became popular for the RC world, branded batteries were right at 100 dollars. I bought some Chinese knockoffs for 5 bucks a piece shipped.

They performed just as well on timed flights and vertical climbs and took as many charges as the name brand. And I was using one of the premier brands.

Just saying... I did get in on the batt30 code with Verizon so I did buy name brand this time...

i would call one of your local stores and they will order it for you shipped to your house. that or check motorola's website and order direct. but i dont believe they will give you any kind of a discount like vzw will if you let them know your displeasure with the batt. life.
