anyone using Qmadix Gel + GG 3500 mAh Batt + GG Belt Clip ?

Although I haven't used this combination, I'm going to guess the gel won't work with the GG battery. I have the Motorola extended batter and it increases the phone's thickness by 1 mm. Even with that minute increase, my TPU case ever so slightly buckles (but still works). If the GG battery is comparable to the Seidio one, it increases the phone by about 5-6mm, so the case definitely won't work.

And about the spring clip holster, it prob won't work with the gel either. But there are certain case/holster combos that do work together, but haven't seen one for an extended battery yet. If you find one, please post as it's something I'm looking for, but more in the Rugged style of case.

I haven't used that combo either but I do have that exact Qmadix Gel case for my Droid X. It's a great case but it's not flexible enough to be used with the extended battery.

If I sift through enough cases, I am guessing I'll find something that will accommodate the extended Batt.
But Extended Batt + Case + Holster appears to be a NO GO, at least for now...thnx again, will post anything I learn.

I got my Qmadix gel from amazon today, it took 2 secs to put on and it offer great protection with zero interference. So I emailed Qmadix suggesting that they think about offering additional Gels that can accommodate extended batteries. Here is their complete list for the droidx.
