Screen on while charging?

I really like the feature to have the screen not auto turn off while the phone is charging. I used it all the time in my car for the custom mount I built. The problem is, I can't find this feature in the CM9 menu. Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to enable this feature?

check under developer options....there should be a setting to check for never sleep while charging
