I updated from the 2/21 build yesterday, and my battery life plummeted to only a few hours. Anyone else have this happen?

Nope, I'm seeing good battery life, of course this is coming from a clean install.

Is this rom good enough to use as a daily rom. Not worried about battery life. I am around chargers all day.

Very much so, I've been running since the middle of last week. Everything major works.

One thing is I recommend either Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher if you want the ICS feel. Both smooth with more options.

The new gummyx rom comes with the apex launcher I flashed both of them yesterday but I can't decide which one to use lol. Cm9 it has a little bit less options I like it like that and the gummy has a lot of options but I don't like the apex launcher lol. I come from miui so I'm used to using no launcher but the stock

After flashing Gummy with the Apex launcher I was sold on that. I'm normally a stock launcher dude as well but that Apex is suhweet. So much faster and more stable than Trebuchet, and its free. When I'm on MIUI I like the stock launcher though (besides landscape on homescreen... really, you're going to make an ICS version, and rebuild the entire UI of MIUI... but still not allow it to go in to landscape on homescreen? ARGH). Not a huge deal, but it makes it just feel right to me. Although I've been on MIUI for almost the longest out of all of them so I've gotten used to it.

Battery life seems to be worse than cm7, buy I didn't calibrate yet either. First day using it seems fine.

I've flashed the 3/19 update and google apps 3 times and i keep getting stuck at a white motorola icon after reboot. Any ideas of what i am doing wrong. i am coming from a stock gingerbread kernel. i tried wiping data, cache, and dalvik cache one time. next i tried just wiping data and cache. And the last time i tried just wiping the data. Same results every time...

haha yeah i just cant choose lol but is your gallery working on gummyx? im going to miss the miui music app and the txt messaging app.
