Q: What's your Fantasy Football lineup look like?

A: Which one? :p

12-team, PPR/PPC league with return yardage:
QB: Ryan, Stafford
RB: MJD, Mendenhall, Charles, Hightower
WR: Ward, Driver, Cribbs, Camarillo, Tate, Gonzalez
TE: Gates, Keller
K: Crosby
DEF: Carolina
IDP: Beason, Ruud, Ryans, Cushing

Meh on the WR corps and not entirely thrilled about QBs, but I'm pretty satisfied with the rest of the roster. My RBs will carry this team more than any other team I have.

10-team PPR/PPC league, return yardage:
QB: Kolb, Anderson
RB: Williams, Mathews, Stewart, Hightower
WR: White, Cribbs, Floyd, Meachem, Houshmandzadeh, Breaston, Tate
TE: Gates, Carlson
K: Akers
DEF: Carolina
IDP: Ruud, Dansby, Vilma

12-team PPR/PPC league, yardage bonuses:
QB: Kolb, Anderson
RB: Gore, Charles, LT, Harrison
WR/TE: Ochocinco, Nicks, Witten, Miller
DEF: New Orleans
K: Akers
IDP: Willis, Barnett, Williams, Brooking

I'm basically screwed on both those rosters if neither Kolb nor Anderson come through. I don't need them to be super-fantasy-studs like Manning or Brees, but I definitely need somewhere in the region of 30-35 per game from them.

10-team PPR/PPC league, return yardage, yardage bonuses:
QB: Brees, Smith, Roethlisberger
RB: Mathews, Williams, Cadillac, Sproles, Jones
WR: Smith (NYG), Floyd, Ward, Cribbs, Tate, Camarillo
TE: Gates
K: Bironas
DEF: Carolina
IDP: Beason, Dawkins, James

Probably my strongest lineup. Why 3 QBs? Primarily for trade bait (Roethlisberger was available in the 16th round, and I had depth everywhere by then). Definitely banking on a good Chargers season. :)

Pretty much all your teams are stacked at RB, I don't know how you ended up with MJD, Mendenhall, Charles and Hightower. That's pretty huge having 4 starting backs(at least while Beanie's hurt). You could probably trade Mendenhall or Charles along with Driver or Cribbs for a top end WR, considering your league's a PPR, it might not be a bad idea.

Looking at some of these teams amaze me. Your first team has 6 guys that went in the first 3 rounds in my league, MJD, Gore, Mendenhall(the previous 3 in the first round alone), Jennings, Welker and Bowe. Just by looking at that lineup, your going to own that league.

Quick questions for you guys playing in IDP leagues, how do you like it? The league I've been in for the past 7 years has always done D / ST only, never individual players and I'm curious which way you prefer.

We did a snake draft based on the previous season's regular-season finish, and I had the last pick of the first-round (MJD was my keeper from last year) and first pick of the second round, so I went Mendenhall/Charles. Hightower went in the middle rounds, about what his ADP has been. He might have fallen even further in our draft, because someone started a run on team defenses, but I don't believe in waiting during a draft, so I swooped in, and still managed to pick up a good team DEF anyway.

The RBs and Jennings are definitely solid picks. I'm still not sold on Welker and Bowe for this season. I had the chance to draft either or both of them in just about all my drafts, and I held back. KC's going to be run-heavy after having picked up Jones, and as far as Welker goes, trusting a Belichick-engineered injury report is like trusting a realtor trying to sell me beachfront property in Kansas.

I like it. Adds the obvious different dimension to team selection, but as a viewer, I can have an interest in what happens on the other side of the ball as well, even if none of my offensive players are involved. Some don't care for it - I've had longtime players leave leagues of mine because they didn't want to keep up with that much, but enough like it as well, so we carry on.

Any fantasy players here keep up with "The League" on FX? Darned good comedy, if you ask me.
